The second handholding training on the “Preparation of City Sanitation Plan (CSP)- Part II” took place at Kerala Institute for Local Administration (KILA), Thrissur, Kerala, from 29-31 July, 2015. The training is a part of a three stage handholding process for the preparation of CSPs for Kerala, followed by a review workshop.
